Transfer case pump wear plate
The original, economical, practical fix for the transfer case oil pump rubbing through the transfer case housing. Use as a preventative measure before wearing a hole in your case or after transfer case repair. After repairing holes, plate sits between pump and case. This simple and elegant solution is key to avoiding a repeat of this problem.

Fits 2001-2007 Classic 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 263XHD electronic or manual shift transfer case. This case was used with all Allison equipped Trucks

Deluxe Transfer Case repair kit 2001-2007 2500 and 3500
Fits 2001-2007 Classic 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 263XHD electronic or manual shift transfer case. This case was used with all Allison equipped Trucks.
This kit uses an aftermarket aluminum rear housing. The aluminum housing is not prone to wear like the OE magnesium case. A wear plate is not believed to be necessary, but included for good measure. -JK
Kit includes new aluminum case rear half, wear plate, transfer case to transmission gasket, rear output seal, and a tube of sealant for the case halves. You will need to transfer your fill and drain plugs along with speed sensor and the oblong rubber access grommet.

Rear case housing for 263XHD transfer case-aluminum
This is the rear housing only. Tailshaft bushing and front shaft pinion support bearing installed.
