Fits 2001-2007 Classic 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 263XHD electronic or manual shift transfer case. This case was used with all Allison equipped Trucks.

This kit uses an aftermarket aluminum rear housing. The aluminum housing is not prone to wear like the OE magnesium case. A wear plate is not believed to be necessary, but included for good measure. -JK

Kit includes new aluminum case rear half, wear plate, transfer case to transmission gasket, rear output seal, and a tube of sealant for the case halves. You will need to transfer your fill and drain plugs along with speed sensor and the oblong rubber access grommet.

Fits all years 6.5l turbo in Truck, Suburban, and Blazer. This pipe does NOT have the 4 bolt flange to attach to the catalyst. It is a 3" mandrel bent unit which is the largest size practical to attach to the turbocharger.

"While the downpipe upgrade is a definite improvement, it is only the beginning. A 3" mandrel bent downpipe will do very little if you still have a small diameter press bent tailpipe! I suggest going to my full mandrel bent exhaust which steps up to 3.5" immediately after the downpipe for a REAL performance gain..." - JK

Brand new OE harness with the gray connector for the later PMD. The keying is easily trimmed to make universal and fit any PMD.

This switch works with the LB7 engines only 2001-2004 model years.

We carry a full line of 2 and 3 hole mounting pods and full pillars to allow gauges to be installed on the a-pillar of the cab. Comes in black, and can be painted to match.

This is a high performance product not necessary for normal operation. Full 5/8" I.D. provides over 3x increase in flow area compared to stock at less than 3/8". Fits into modified OEM sending unit assy. Includes short piece of 5/8" hose to reach tank bulkhead. LB7 Duramax requires Bulkhead fitting kit (sold separately to exit tank.

Note: 2009 LMM tank sender assy has changed. The install of this pickup will require customization.

Installation Instructions

Fits 2006-2010 trucks with round "cake" type filter.

OE style paper element fits Duramax 2001-2005 truck applications as well as most Silverado gas engines. Identifiable as flat panel filter. Will not fit 2006 Dmax.
