Complete control harness uses digital circuitry to cover all power supply issues and incorporates a non load carrying oil psi safety switch to ensure that pump does not run when engine is not running.It also includes a "one shot" primer function that energizes the pump for several seconds at key up to prime the fuel system at startup like most modern EFI vehicles do. There is also a manual push button to override the control circuit when bleeding filters!

This kit contains 2ea 4' sections of 1/2" hose, 2 Brass 1/2" NPT to 1/2" push connect barb fittings, and special constant torque clamps. Kit is designed to mount my single or twin pumps on a typical pickup truck in any of the locations shown in my installation instructions. Med Duty Kodiak, Express vans, chassis cab pickups take same kit, but may require customization of hose lengths etc. If you would like the push connect fittings for the tank and vehicle line ends they are listed here separately.

This kit includes 4' of 5/8" hose for supply, 4' of 1/2" hose for discharge, 1/2" NPT x 5/8" and 1/2" push connect hose barb fitting, and 2 special constant torque clamps to mount my single or twin pumps in any of the locations shown in my installation instructions. This kit includes 5/8" supply and 1/2" discharge hose and fittings. This is preferred setup combined with billet pickup and tank bulkhead fitting.

This is the same stainless steel bracket shown in the Kennedy Lift Pump Installation Instructions. It fits Extended and Crew Cab trucks, and attaches without drilling vis a single bolt through a pre existing hole in the frame. The weight is carried by the horizontal leg of the bracket resting atop the upper leg of the frame.

Contains 2 Stainless Steel through bolts and nuts plus one oring for between the pumps. Can be used to join 2 Kennedy lift pumps into a twin configuration or add another oring to join 2 Kennedy lift pumps to a Universal Mega filter.

This kit is for the guy who started with a single and wants to add a pump to make twin setup. -JK

These are the short stainless thru bolts that are used to attach a single Kennedy lift pump to our KD Universal Mega filter head.

Also required: "Connecting oring for kennedy lift pumps" to seal pump to filter head.

This is the connecting oring that is used to join two Kennedy lift pumps or a Universal Mega filter head directly together via thru-bolts without fittings. It is fuel resistant Viton material #119

This is a high performance product not necessary for normal operation. Full 5/8" I.D. provides over 3x increase in flow area compared to stock at less than 3/8". Fits into modified OEM sending unit assy. Includes short piece of 5/8" hose to reach tank bulkhead. LB7 Duramax requires Bulkhead fitting kit (sold separately to exit tank.

Note: 2009 LMM tank sender assy has changed. The install of this pickup will require customization.

Installation Instructions

This kit allows the use of -10 (5/8") hose from the billet pickup to the lift pump on LB7 Duramax trucks. The OE plastic sending unit head is modified to accept this kit which greatly improves fuel flow. Requires Duramax Billet Pickup for proper installation.
