Fits 2007.5-2010 Duramax LMM which is the newer body style.

Kit contains all of the common gaskets and oring seals normally replaced in a head gasket job. Kit includes 2 grade C head gaskets, exhaust manifold and up pipe gaskets, injector install coppers and orings, themostat housing gaskets as well as orings for heater, hot pipe, and bypass tube, EGR gaskets, intake flat rings and orings along with a tube of AC Delco sealant for the intake manifold to head. We seldom replace the upper (rubber) or lower (stainless steel shim) valve cover gaskets unless destroyed so we have omitted them from this kit. They are, however offered in a separate listing.

"We do not use the latest GM/LML style head gaskets in our kits. I believe that the LML style gasket is a cost cutting measure and that the riveted version of the original style gasket was and still is the best so this is what we provide." -JK

Recommended additions: ARP Head studs, thermostat pair, water pump, and glow plugs. All available on our site.

ARP head stud kit fits Dmax LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM, and LML. Does not fit L5P.

The HB kit is designed to get the maximum voltage possible to the headlamps while relieving the strain on the headlight switch, and undersized factory wiring. The result is much whiter brighter lights increasing visibility by putting more light on the road in front of you. There are currently two kits available. The first fits most any vehicle using 9005 and 9006 lamps. This includes most GM 4 lamp composites from 1990 on. For GMC Denali style lights with all 4 9005 lamps, you'll need to note so we can build special.

All kits sent will be for 9005 and 9006 headlamp setups unless otherwise noted.

Set of 8 brand new OEM lines. Replace all 8 when doing your injectors. Yes they are expensive, but note that pile of rusty crap that you found in the injector inlet came from these lines. Rust and debris will build up between the line nut and the line even in the gentlest of climates. When the nut is turned will grind up this debris which will run down into the injector inlet bowl. Cleaning is impossible to do properly and any media blasting will leave embedded debris that will dislodge over time. New lines are plated to resist this rusting, but a good preventative after installation will help protect even further.

Fits 2001-2010 2500HD and 3500 series trucks. These joints are extremely prone to failure and should be accompanied by our support kits.

This OE idler assembly includes the frame part as well unlike aftermarket units that are the arm only.

This smooth idler pulley fits 2001-2010 Duramax including LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM. Each engine takes two pulleys. Listing is for one piece. Genuine GM/AC Delco parts.

"I find that the bearings are getting pretty dry feeling in the 90,000 mile range. This is a good time to do both idlers, tensioner, and belt. Replace before they fail." -JK

Brand new S&S injector for Duramax LLY. Fits 2004.5-2005 LLY only. Does not fit 2006 model year.

Requires core deposit of $150 per injector which is refundable when cores are received. Cores must be returned within 30 days in the original boxes.

Injector body oring and copper crush washer to install one injector on 2004.5-2010 LLY, LBZ, LMM. Typically supplied with new and reman injectors. Order 8 for a set.

Requires core return or pay $150 per injector core fee.

Basic tune changes include passlock reset for engine swaps, speedo recalibration, factory updates, and fixing of any Diagnostic Trouble Code issues that were covered by GM factory updates. Also includes ECM recovery from failed tuning attempts and reset to a good clean factory tune.

"This is not a complete tune, only a basic fix and requires the ECM to be sent in to us or a suitable core must be provided. We will not provide a core for this item. It also does not fix 2001 limp mode issues. See Kennedy Custom tuning for this." -JK
