Available in values of 1-9, but stocked in #5 and #9. These resistors are used by the pump assembler to fine tune the fuel delivery rate. For performance applications where gauges are used to monitor exhaust temps, a #9 will provide a slight increase in fuel delivery. For most applications, a #5 is recommended.

"Due to the fact that the engine computer looks up and stores this information indefinitely, ANY adjust on the fly fuel controller will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Aside from that, with a range of 4 steps above the std #5 combined with a .5mm change in fuel delivery you can only get a 2mm increase which is quite insignificant"... - JK

This kit allows the use of -10 (5/8") hose from the billet pickup to the lift pump on LB7 Duramax trucks. The OE plastic sending unit head is modified to accept this kit which greatly improves fuel flow. Requires Duramax Billet Pickup for proper installation.

Fits 5.9L 94-2001 only. This is the big 22mm 1.5 pitch drain.This is a tricky listing so please verify before ordering.

Direct replacement upgraded turbo for 2004.5-2010 Duramax LLY, LBZ, and LMM for a mild performance increase.

Fits ONLY 97 up 6.5 and ALL with dual thermostat configuration upgrade. These are the OE thermostats rated 88°c or 190°f. Best heater performance in cold weather and flow equal to the Robertshaw stats. This is what I always ran in my '96 as I prefer warm yet stable temps.

OE replacement "rail" that connects each bank of 4 plugs together on LB7 Federal emissions trucks. In corrosive climates these rails often rust off by the #8 plug leaving the other seven plugs inoperable. Sold per ea. 2 pc per engine.

Head gasket selection is determined by looking at a hole punch in your original gaskets. By going with the grade C gasket there is no concern of clearance issues whatsoever unless you bore or deck the block.

Price includes 1 RH and 1 LH gasket. Be sure to add appropriate bolts or studs to complete the project.

We have never replaced the lower rubber valve cover gaskets unless destroyed so we have omitted them from this kit. Kit includes 2 grade C head gaskets, exhaust manifold and up pipe gaskets, injector install coppers, orings, and return seals, themostat housing gaskets as well as orings for heater, hot pipe, and bypass tube, EGR gaskets, intake flat rings and orings along with a tube of AC Delco sealant for the intake manifold to head.
