This is the complete tensioner assy with pulley. Fits 2002-2010 Duramax including LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM. Does not fit 2001 LB7. Genuine GM/AC Delco parts.

Fits 92-99 Suburban K1500/2500 4wd.

"Front units are identical between 1500 and 2500. Rears are dimensionally same, and have very little difference in valving so I have combined the two applications. There have been multiple configurations including 1500 series with 8 lug wheels, and 2500's with 6 and 8 lug wheels. Since a Suburban tends to be quite heavy in the rear, I find it best to use the slightly heavier duty shock." - JK
