It is my preference to use the OE eprom blanks as they have proven to be ultra reliable for decades now and cannot be plugged in reversed by accident. This kit includes a new LBZ CP3 pump and the necessary plumbing and mounting to convert a LML CP4 pump to the more reliable CP3 pump. This kit is designed for non emissions trucks, but options are available for trucks that still use the DPF exhaust.

The use of this kit requires special ECM tuning to adjust the flow of the CP3 pump to match the CP4 flow curve.

Direct install no tuning required. Supports full function of the DPF regen process as necessary.

Brand new Genuine Bosch stock LBZ based CP3. This unit comes with a LBZ regulator installed that needs to be changed to the proper LB7 regulator OR a custom ECM program with the regulator control scaled to match the LBZ. Requires $300 additional core deposit refunded when old unit is returned.

Brand new genuine Bosch stock CP3. Requires $200 additional core deposit refunded when old unit is returned.

It is my recommendation as well as S&S recommendation that you stick with the new CP3 pumps as they are a much higher quality than any reman. There are a lot of low priced reman CP3 pumps on the market, but I would not trust them.
