Fits 2011-2016 Duramax LML and LGH trucks.

Kit contains all of the common gaskets and oring seals normally replaced in a head gasket job. Kit includes 2 grade C head gaskets, upper and lower rocker cover gaskets, exhaust manifold and up pipe gaskets, injector install coppers and orings, themostat housing gaskets as well as orings for heater, hot pipe, and bypass tube, EGR gaskets, intake flat rings and orings along with a tube of AC Delco sealant for the intake manifold to head.

Recommended additions: ARP Head studs, OEM thermostat pair, Delco water pump, and Delco glow plugs. All available on our site.

Kennedy Lift Pump Installation Instructions

Kennedy Custom ECM programming pre-loaded onto an Autocal handheld tuner. Allows easy loading of tunes. Also includes a stock backup file of the vehicle original tune.

"Both my 2012 and my 2016 trucks are running Kennedy Custom ECM programming with all emissions equipment intact. Response is greatly improved and I routinely see 20+ mpg in mixed driving. -JK

All tunes are built as dual mode switchable but as these vehicles age I recommend not adding a switch. The tuning will default to the lower HP level which should be plenty safe for a stock transmission. The higher HP will push the limits of the stock transmission. Typical tune sets are 50 HP econ/tow and 80 HP performance tune. While I make no claims or promises, the 50HP economy tune has been producing very consistent economy numbers at around 19-20mpg and even higher for single rear wheel trucks. DSP2 switch sold separately.

When comparing dyno numbers, please note that my dyno plots do NOT use correction factors. These are no BS dyno runs with no inflation to make sales. -JK

Tunes available to produce as 50HP economy/tow and 70HP Perf tow. I really prefer the 50HP econ tow for the working truck. While economy gains cannot be guaranteed, the economy tune has been producing very consistent mpg numbers at around 19-20mpg and sometimes more for single wheel trucks. Smooth shifting, low EGT's and more power/response than most overrated 80 and 100HP generic tunes.

Installation Instructions

All tunes are built as dual mode switchable but as these vehicles age I recommend not adding a switch.
