Special Calibration Fan Clutch for 6.5-thread mount
Direct bolt on unit fits all 6.5 with serpentine (single) belt drive and single hub thread on mounting configuration. Requires blade change on all pre 1997 vehicles. The 1997+ 9 wing steel fan is the best match to this clutch. Engage temp is 180°f air temp which is 15° lower than the OE spec.

This unit requires a $2000 core deposit that is refundable when core transmission is received. Freight is variable, and based on actual cost. We work hard to keep freight costs down yet maintain quality service. Return core transmission is also covered, but we must be notified to arrange pickup. Average freight cost both ways is generally around $400.

TCM replacement for Allison 5 speed LB7 or LLY
This is a good used replacement TCM loaded with the proper file to match the VIN and stock calibration of your 2001-2004 LB7 or 2004.5-2005 LLY equipped truck.
Requires core return. Note: I did not diagnose your vehicle. If the TCM does the exact same thing the original did then odds are you misdiagnosed.

"While this unit works on all model years, it is particularly effective on 1996 up trucks with HD "F" engine programming. It is my suggestion that 94-5 trucks take advantage of the TD-Max Performance Chip Prior to installing this unit as it will likely be unnecessary to ad the boost control with the proper chip calibration. Use on the 94-5 trucks and 96+ LD "S" engines may require a second controller on the firewall mounted MAP sensor to avoid an aggravated DTC 78 (wastegate solenoid) fault code." - JK
